The grating welder designed for us by EVG is RD 95/40 is capable of producing a very high quality gratings at a very high speeds of 3 m/min The gratings are Hot dip galvanized as per requirement. The galvanizing plant is designed and supplied by Protherm engineering, UK.

Any size between 2.0 to 7.0 mm thicknesses and heights 20 to 80mm bearing bar sizes with square twisted,ribbed round, plain round cross bars spacing from 4.0 mm to 8.0 mm. Gratings can be supplied plain seratted (black or galvanized).

Accurate in dimensions, neat appearance, smooth clean lines, even ends and flat surface.

Apart from the standard sizes, special sizes and shapes are also offered as per the design and drawings of the customer after performing the cutting to the required shape, ready for installation.
