Quality Management System (QMS)

Quality Management System of USG is in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2000 and certified by Intertek.
Emphasis of QMS is on continual improvement and process upgradation. 
Focus areas are :  Enhancing Customer Satisfaction, Employee Training and Prevention of Defects.

Quality Planning

Process Qualification, Personnel Qualification, WPS & PQR, Calibration Program, Quality Assurance Plan are the key
elements of Quality Planning. Product Quality is in accordance with the international standards – NAAMM MBG 531,
NAAMM MBG 532, ASTM A123, BS 4592, BS EN 1461.
Raw material testing is carried out by approved laboratories – Al Hoty Stranger, Fugro Suhaimi Limited.
